For this Piece I wanted to capture something that felt like a candid moment in someone's day, a glance of a passer by.
I started with an initial concept sketch before then moving on to studies of Big Cats. I find that studying the animal as it is helps with the stylization process. After the studies I move on to my Sculpting and posing, then props. I also tried to minimize the render in zbrush to mostly tone and some lighting as I wanted to create the over all feel and mood during the painting and compositing Process.
